Orders

we will make every effort to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee
the availability of any particular product displayed on this site. We
reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product or service, to
remove any materials listed on this site and to change pricing, terms,
specifications and warranties at any time without notice.The prices
displayed on this site are quoted in Australian dollars AUD, and such
prices do not include shipping and handling, if applicable, which will
be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the
payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales
or use taxes that may apply to your order.
Returns Policy
We offer exchange or refunds within 30 days of purchase, provided that: The item is in its original condition (the original tags and labels are still attached, it is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging), and the item is not a Special Exception. Refund only applies to the cost of the item (excluding all P&H charges). A restocking fee of up to 20% may also apply, depending on the items and circumstance.
Warranty
All
our products come with a full 12 months local warranty (unless stated
otherwise) against manufacturer faults. If goods arrive with a fault
please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) before sending
the item back. Buyers are responsible for all P&H charges on return
items. A refund, exchange or repair will be issued once the item has
been assessed. Refund only applies to the cost of the item (excluding all P&H charges). Warranty will be void if products are misused, mishandled or modified in any way.
Price Guarantee
You
can claim your Lowest Price Guarantee price match, by providing a
current catalogue or advertising material, or a genuine signed quote
from another physical retail store. This will be used to assist the JAG
Trading team to confirm that the product is identical - including brand,
model, year of manufacture and colour - and to confirm the item is in
stock and offered at a lower price by a competitor. This offer only
applies to physical retail stores. Price matching must occur prior to
purchase - Price matching cannot occur after a purchase has been made.
Password Security
If
you register for an account on our Site, you are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for
restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept
responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or
password.
International Users
This
site is controlled, operated and administered by JAG Trading Online
from its offices within Australia. We make no representation that
materials at this site are appropriate or available for use at other
locations outside of Australia and access to them from territories where
their contents are illegal is prohibited. If you access this site from a
location outside of Australia, you are responsible for compliance with
all local laws.
